| HIGH RESOLUTION - This is a large size 300 dpi image file suitable for large prints up to 11”x14”. It is easily scaled down to smaller sizes for internet use. |
| HIGH RES W/PRINT - See above - A professional 8”x10” or 11”x14” photo developed print will be included. |

| PRIVATE USE ONLY - This allows for use of the file for private use only. You are not allowed to use it for any commercial, advertising, or business use. If you later desire to use for commercial use, then you can pay the added unrestricted license fee. |
| UNRESTRICTED USE - Unrestricted use files can be used for anything you like on a personal and business level except for resale or additional licensing. All ownership and additional licensing rights are retained by Haily Leavitt. If you are in doubt, then purchase the original art and assume full ownership. |
FULL RIGHTS OWNERSHIP - Full ownership is only granted to those who purchase the original artwork. NOTE: This means that Haily Leavitt retains full ownership of the image and licensing rights until the original art is purchased. |
ORIGINAL ART SALE DETAILS - Haily Leavitt has full control and discretion over the sale of all her Graphite Portrait creations. She can decline to sell at any time and she can discriminate fully as to who she transfers ownership. If another person other than the subject in the Graphite Portrait inquires about a purchase of the original art, then reasonable efforts will be taken to offer the sale first to the subject in the portrait and if they decline then Haily Leavitt can use her discretion to consummate or decline the sale. |
